Senior ITSM Process & Change Support Specialist

A Senior ITSM Process Support Analyst role based in Belfast is part of the Technology Services group. You will support ITSM processes across Change, Problem, and Service Design, coordinating governance forums and ensuring records are complete.

Reporting to the Global Service Desk Senior Manager, you will balance governance with delivery, work with technical teams and vendors, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance and risk controls.
