Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and efficient backend services using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Write clean, well-structured, and thoroughly tested code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and mentoring junior developers on the team.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture for scalability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and pre-production environments.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, influencing the technical direction of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong emphasis on Java .
• Extensive experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
