You will play a key role in architectural decisions, code quality, and mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and efficient backend services using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
- Write clean, well-structured, and thoroughly tested code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and mentoring junior developers on the team.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture for scalability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and pre-production environments.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, influencing the technical direction of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong emphasis on Java .
- Extensive experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
