Job Description
A leading trading firm are seeking an experienced software engineer to join their Trading Technology team and help build out the core platform that powers their trading business.
You will work closely with traders, quantitative developers and architects to deliver technology that directly supports trading activities across multiple markets.
You will need strong Java development skills as well as:
- - Experience building distributed, event-driven or high-throughput systems
- - Strong understanding of Linux-based environments
- - Experience with concurrent and multi-threaded programming
- - Experience working with messaging, networking or data-intensive applications
