Senior Keyworker – Trauma-Informed Residential Care

Kennedy Elliott Partnership LLP is seeking committed residential children’s home staff to join our teams. You will support young people, deliver care that respects trauma-informed approaches, and help them reach their full potential while maintaining Ofsted standards.

Senior Support Worker responsibilities include supervising shifts, leading care planning, and liaising with social workers, schools, and families. A UK Driving Licence and Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare are preferred.
