Senior Kitchen Ops & Butchery Leader

Super 8 Restaurants seeks a Head of Kitchen Operations & Butchery to elevate the group’s culinary operations. You will lead development, set high kitchen standards, manage systems and drive profitability across multiple sites, while mentoring Head Chefs and kitchen teams.

The role focuses on operational leadership, food safety, margin discipline and strong supplier relations, with hands-on involvement in butchery and BOH processes to support growth.
