Senior Lawyer: Private Sector Housing & Enforcement

Liverpool City Council is seeking a Senior Lawyer to manage a full caseload in private sector housing enforcement within the Planning & Regulatory Team. You will provide expert legal advice, supervise a team of Lawyers, and report to the Head of Law.

The role covers civil and criminal proceedings, advising Cabinet and Council on law and governance, and externally commissioning work to ensure value for money and high-quality representation for residents.
