Senior Lead Software Data Engineer – Corporate KYC

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• We want practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability at enterprise scale.
• We want experience designing and deploying production AI/ML systems, including LLM-based applications and agentic architectures in regulated environments.
• We want proficiency in one or more programming languages, particularly Python and/or PySpark.

• We want experience in large-scale data processing, microservices, API design, and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• We drive adoption of advanced technical methods and industry-aligned product development practices.
• We advise cross-functional teams on technological matters within our domain.
• We apply knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle to enhance automation value.
• We collaborate with colleagues across the organization to deliver impactful solutions.
• We lead architectural decisions and engineering practices for scalable software.
