Senior Leader, Housing Repairs & Planned Works

Goodman Masson is partnering with the London Borough of Waltham Forest to appoint an Assistant Director for Housing Repairs & Planned Works. This senior leadership role carries strategic, operational and financial responsibility for the council's housing repairs and maintenance service.

The post reports to the Director of Housing Management & Assets and oversees a £20m budget with five Heads of Service, shaping delivery models and ensuring value for money across major repair and planned works
