Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and support to faculty and staff in the design and implementation of online and blended learning experiences.

• Mentor junior faculty and staff in the adoption of innovative teaching strategies and digital tools.

Requirements

• A relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., PhD, EdD) in Education, Digital Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in higher education as a lecturer or faculty developer, with a strong focus on digital pedagogy .
• Demonstrable expertise in instructional design, online course development, and learning management systems (LMS).
• A strong record of academic research and publications in relevant fields.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse academic audiences.
