Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on energy projects, including development, financing, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage legal aspects of energy infrastructure development and operational matters.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with significant experience in energy law.
• Proven track record in advising on large-scale energy projects (renewables, oil & gas, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of energy market regulations, policy, and commercial practices.
• Experience with project finance and contract negotiation within the energy sector.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for remote engagement.
