About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide array of corporate, commercial, and contractual matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Manage and oversee litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and memoranda on evolving legal issues.
• Advise on corporate governance, compliance programs, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business strategies.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate law , contract law, and commercial litigation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within the relevant industry.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to provide strategic legal counsel and build strong relationships with business partners.
