Senior Legal Technology Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Independently support and troubleshoot practice technology, resolving complex issues and escalating when needed
Evaluate and test emerging legal tech (including generative AI), providing feedback and analysis
Support user training by preparing and delivering content
Monitor system usage and adoption, identifying trends and opportunities to improve engagement
Stay up to date with legal tech trends through research and professional development
Liaise with vendors on support issues, feature requests, and updates
Senior Legal Technology Analyst Skills & Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in xehkeey legal technology within a law firm
Experience supporting legal software (e.g. contract analysis, document automation, practice management)
Familiarity with generative AI tools in legal workflows
Strong understanding of legal workflows and practice needs
High technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new systems
Experience creating user documentation, training, or knowledge base content
