Senior Lifeguard — Lead Safety & Customer Service

4Leisure Recruitment Ltd. are recruiting on behalf of a busy leisure centre in the Epping area for a Senior Lifeguard. You will lead a lifeguard team, uphold high pool safety standards and deliver excellent customer service.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will have an NPLQ qualification, strong lifeguarding experience and a proactive approach to safety and team leadership, with opportunities for training and progression.
