Bermuda is one of the world's major insurance, reinsurance and investment fund centres, so the work is cross-border and high value by default. Bermuda also has no personal income tax.

What we’re looking for in a Senior Litigation Attorney

At least 10 years' post-qualification experience Strong court advocacy and contentious litigation experience Significant restructuring and insolvency experience A track record of leading files and managing complex, high-value disputes Experience gained in leading London, offshore, Commonwealth or international firms Strong commercial awareness and real business development capability Established or developing relationships with insolvency practitioners, accountants and related professionals A collaborative approach, with an interest in mentoring junior lawyers Ambition and motivation by long-term partnership prospects Excellent drafting, legal analysis and client relationship skills, plus sound commercial judgement and discretion

Particularly Welcome
