Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of contentious cases, ensuring all procedural requirements are met.
- Conduct thorough legal research, prepare pleadings, and draft court documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Provide clear and strategic legal advice to clients, managing their expectations and objectives.
- Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and legal executives within the team.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with significant post-qualification experience in civil litigation .
- Demonstrable experience in handling complex disputes, including commercial, property, and personal injury matters.
- Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and relevant case law.
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload efficiently and effectively.
