About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the supply chain, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers, negotiating contracts and service level agreements.
• Utilize advanced logistics software and data analytics to track shipments, forecast demand, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, KPIs, and operational challenges for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Manager, or similar role, with at least 5 years in the field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams and operations successfully.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, international shipping, and customs regulations.
• Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
