Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the transportation and logistics process, including freight , warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Oversee a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Monitor shipment progress, identify potential delays, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role, with at least 5 years in a senior capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics software, supply chain management principles, and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Excellent understanding of international shipping regulations and customs documentation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly under pressure.
