Senior Loyalty & CRM Campaign Lead

VCCP is seeking an Account Manager to join the Loyalty CRM team in London. You’ll work closely with account handlers, creatives, strategists, and data/tech specialists to engage consumers through multi-channel CRM programs for flagship clients.

Reporting to the Senior Account Director, you’ll support customer strategy, social, mapping and journey development while ensuring high-quality execution and strong client relationships. A digital CRM background and excellent communication are essential.
