Senior M&A Associate Director – Hybrid & Growth

PwC UK in Leeds is recruiting an Associate Director/Senior Manager or Manager to join the Regional Corporate Finance team. You will lead day-to-day transaction execution, manage multiple workstreams and timelines while supporting origination and client development.

You will be a key contact for clients and advisors, contribute to deal lifecycle management and help coach junior team members. A strong track record in end-to-end M&A is essential.
