Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on the latest AI advancements and apply them to solve complex business problems.
• Optimize model performance, conduct rigorous A/B testing, and ensure the ethical deployment of AI technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical roadmap and strategy.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering and MLOps.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing.
• Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
