About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Makeup Artist for a hybrid role, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences in Bradford and providing virtual consultations. This position involves both in-person makeup application for special events and photoshoots, and remote consultations to guide clients on product selection, application techniques, and achieving specific looks from home. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of cosmetics, colour theory, and diverse makeup styles to enhance clients' natural beauty or create transformative looks. The role requires a blend of artistic talent, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to different client needs and platforms, ensuring a high level of service across both physical and digital realms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional makeup application for clients for various occasions, including events, photoshoots, and bridal.
• Conduct detailed virtual consultations, offering personalised makeup advice and product recommendations.
• Educate clients on makeup techniques, skincare prep, and product usage for optimal results.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current beauty trends and product lines.
• Manage client appointments, bookings, and communications efficiently across in-person and remote channels.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Makeup Artist with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in various makeup styles, including bridal, fashion, and corrective makeup.
• Proven experience in conducting virtual consultations and providing online makeup tutorials.
• In-depth knowledge of a wide range of cosmetic products, brands, and application tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, managing both in-clinic appointments and remote client interactions effectively.
