Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying key variances and providing insightful commentary.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working collaboratively with department heads.
• Design and implement improvements to financial reporting systems and processes for enhanced efficiency and data integrity.
• Provide financial support and business partnering to various departments, assisting with financial planning and analysis.
• Mentor junior members of the finance team remotely, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with proven experience in management accounting.
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships virtually.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
