About the Role

Our client, a distinguished management consultancy , is actively seeking a skilled Senior Management Consultant with a strong background in Business Process Improvement to join their team in Reading . This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness for clients across various sectors in the Thames Valley region. You will lead diagnostic efforts, design optimized processes, and guide clients through implementation, ensuring tangible improvements in productivity and cost reduction. This is a key position for an experienced consultant looking to drive impactful operational change and build lasting client relationships from our Reading base.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic and analysis phases to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in client business processes.
• Design and recommend optimized process flows, workflows, and organizational structures.

Requirements
