Our client is looking for a seasoned and innovative Senior Management Consultant to lead Business Transformation initiatives. This is a remote-first role, serving clients across the UK, including those based in Stoke-on-Trent . You will guide organizations through significant strategic and operational changes, focusing on improving efficiency, agility, and overall business performance. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients navigate complex transitions and achieve lasting organizational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client organizations to identify areas ripe for transformation and develop strategic plans for change.
- Lead the design and implementation of transformational programs, overseeing project teams and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Drive change management initiatives, working closely with client stakeholders to foster adoption and minimize resistance.
- Advise senior executives on best practices in business process re-engineering, organizational design, and performance management.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, with a strong track record in business transformation or operational change.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex, multi-faceted transformation projects.
- Expertise in change management frameworks, process optimization, and organizational restructuring.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant professional certifications.
