Our client, a distinguished management consultancy, is looking for an experienced Senior Management Consultant specializing in Change Management to join their team in Nottingham . Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies for client organisations.
- Assess organisational readiness for change, identify potential risks and barriers, and develop mitigation plans.
- Develop and execute communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programmes to support change initiatives.
- Coach and advise project teams and business leaders on best practices for change management.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change interventions, making adjustments as needed.
- Contribute to the firm's methodologies and thought leadership in organisational change.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management consulting or a related internal role.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
- Strong understanding of organisational behaviour, leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in managing change initiatives within complex organisations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related field.
