Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Management Consultant with expertise in Change Management to join their thriving practice in Bristol, South West England, UK . This role is critical in helping organisations navigate complex transitions, whether driven by technology adoption, restructuring, or strategic shifts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new initiatives and minimizing disruption. You will play a key role in shaping the future of businesses in the South West England region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for client organisations.
• Assess organisational readiness for change and identify potential risks and resistance points.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure buy-in and adoption.
• Provide coaching and support to leadership and teams throughout the change process.
• Develop training materials and facilitate workshops to equip employees with necessary skills and knowledge.
• Measure the effectiveness of change interventions and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management consulting or a similar organisational development role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives in large, complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with clients in the Bristol and surrounding areas.
