Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Consultant with a focus on the Financial Services sector to join their team in Plymouth . You will advise financial institutions on strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with essential client-facing activities and team collaboration in the Devon area. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice to financial services firms on areas such as risk management, regulatory compliance (e.g., Basel III, MiFID II), and digital banking.

Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting or a senior role within the financial services industry.

- Proven experience leading complex consulting projects, particularly in areas like digital transformation, risk, or operations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote responsibilities with client-site presence in and around Plymouth .
