About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Management Consultant specializing in Operations to join their progressive team, operating primarily remotely with client engagements across the UK, including their base in Brighton . This role focuses on enhancing client operational performance, optimizing supply chains, improving efficiency, and driving cost reduction initiatives. You will be instrumental in diagnosing operational issues, developing pragmatic solutions, and guiding clients through implementation to achieve tangible improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement projects, focusing on areas such as supply chain optimization, process efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Conduct detailed assessments of client operations, identifying bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
• Develop and implement data-driven operational strategies and best practices.
• Manage project teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful transformation and adoption of new operational models.
• Utilize advanced analytics and modeling techniques to support recommendations and track performance.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and thought leadership in operational consulting for remote delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting or operational roles, with a strong emphasis on operational improvement.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex operational transformation projects.
• Expertise in supply chain management, lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or similar operational frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
