Our client, a leading Management Consultancy , is seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant to drive performance improvement initiatives for businesses in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, UK . This role involves diagnosing performance issues, designing practical solutions, and supporting clients in their implementation to achieve measurable gains in efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on improving operational performance and business efficiency.
• Conduct detailed diagnostics to identify root causes of performance gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for process optimisation, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
• Support clients in implementing change initiatives, ensuring buy-in and successful adoption.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of interventions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm's knowledge base on performance improvement.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting or a senior operational role.
• Proven track record in delivering performance improvement projects across various industries.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling and operational analysis.
• Excellent client-facing skills, including presentation and stakeholder management.
• Experience with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
