About the Role

Our client, a respected management consultancy with a significant presence in Oxford , is seeking a dedicated Senior Management Consultant to lead public sector transformation initiatives. You will play a crucial role in helping government bodies and public organizations improve efficiency, modernize services, and achieve better outcomes for citizens. You will work with senior public officials, guiding them through strategic planning, operational redesign, and digital adoption. Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory engagements for public sector clients, focusing on service delivery improvement and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement transformation programs, including organizational restructuring and process re-engineering.
• Advise on digital transformation strategies and the adoption of new technologies within public services.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of public sector operations, identifying opportunities for cost savings and service enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience, with a significant focus on the public sector or government.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation or change management projects in public organizations.
• Strong understanding of public sector operations, policy, and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex political environments.
• Experience with digital transformation and technology implementation in public services is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
