Our client, a renowned management consultancy firm operating in Belfast , is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Management Consultant to join their Strategy & Growth practice. You will lead engagements focused on market entry, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and innovation. Working closely with C-suite executives, you will diagnose complex challenges, formulate actionable strategies, and guide clients through implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory projects, including market analysis, competitive strategy, and corporate restructuring.
• Develop data-driven strategic recommendations and business plans for clients seeking growth or operational improvements.
• Facilitate strategic planning workshops and guide leadership teams through complex decision-making processes.
• Assess and advise on potential M&A opportunities, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for follow-on work.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the consulting team, promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking/private equity.
• Proven expertise in strategic analysis, market assessment, financial modeling, and developing growth strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage client expectations effectively.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong executive presence.
• Experience working with clients across diverse industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
