About the Role

You will lead client engagements, develop actionable strategies, and oversee their implementation, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagements focused on corporate strategy, operational improvement, and business transformation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, with a strong track record in strategy and/or operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver significant business value to clients.
• Expertise in strategic analysis, operational diagnostics, and financial modeling.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.
