Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Management Consultant with a specialization in Strategy to join their vibrant practice in Brighton . In this role, you will be pivotal in advising clients on developing and executing effective business strategies to navigate complex market landscapes and achieve sustainable competitive advantage. You will lead client engagements, conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis, and formulate strategic recommendations that drive growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning initiatives, including market assessment, competitive analysis, and development of growth strategies.
- Advise C-suite executives on strategic positioning, market entry, mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio management.
- Develop sophisticated financial models and business cases to support strategic recommendations.
- Manage client engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their strategic development and contributions to project success.
- Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and intellectual capital in strategy consulting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting or a corporate strategy role.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic frameworks, market analysis, and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to lead complex strategic projects and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is strongly preferred.
