About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Management Consultant specialising in Strategy to join their dynamic team in Glasgow . This role is critical in helping clients navigate complex business landscapes, define their strategic direction, and achieve sustainable growth. You will lead challenging engagements, shape strategic frameworks, and provide expert advice to C-suite executives. Working within a hybrid model, you will balance impactful client-facing work in the Glasgow region with the flexibility of remote collaboration, contributing significantly to our client's reputation for strategic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and articulation of corporate and business unit strategies for diverse clients.
Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions.
Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investments.
Facilitate strategic planning workshops with executive teams, driving consensus and alignment.
Provide expert guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and analytical rigor.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic frameworks, market entry, and growth strategies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong quantitative aptitude.
Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
Experience in leading client teams and managing complex strategic projects.
