Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present comprehensive recommendations and implementation roadmaps to senior client stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning , operational efficiency, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
