Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end consulting projects, from scoping to implementation and review.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Expertise in strategic planning, organizational design, process improvement, or digital transformation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated experience in managing project teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
