About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Consultant to join their team in Bristol . You will be instrumental in leading client engagements focused on strategic planning, organizational transformation, and operational improvement. This hybrid role balances the benefits of remote work with the necessity of in-person collaboration and client site visits within the South West region. Key Responsibilities

• Lead diverse consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and strategic objectives.
• Conduct detailed analyses of client operations, market positioning, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations, action plans, and implementation roadmaps to senior leadership.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather critical information and foster buy-in.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the firm's methodologies and intellectual property.

Requirements

• MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant field; Bachelor's degree with significant experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in management consulting, with a proven history of successful client delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic frameworks, change management, and process optimization.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
