Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a relevant strategic advisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and delivering tangible business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
