You will be responsible for managing project teams, fostering client relationships, and driving the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead client project teams from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery of objectives.
• Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous analysis of client needs and market conditions.
• Manage client relationships, building trust and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee the creation of compelling presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Contribute to practice development, including service offering enhancement and business generation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, with a proven track record in leading client engagements.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, operational improvement, or organisational design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant degree; MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
