Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Management Consultant to join their growing practice in Belfast . You will be responsible for leading client engagements, developing strategic solutions, and driving significant business improvements. This role requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex organisational landscapes and deliver tangible value, working with a team committed to excellence and client satisfaction within the Northern Irish business community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Analyse complex business problems and develop data-driven strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Coach and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Contribute to the development of new service offerings and business proposals.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
