Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from initial assessment through to implementation, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis, identifying root causes of client challenges and formulating strategic recommendations.
• Develop and present compelling business cases, strategies, and operational improvement plans to senior client stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Proven track record (5+ years) in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two core consulting domains, such as strategy development, operational improvement, digital transformation, or organizational design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable.
