Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from inception to completion, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis, including process mapping, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop strategic recommendations and actionable implementation plans tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to diverse client audiences, effectively communicating complex ideas.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the firm's intellectual capital.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within existing and potential client accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex client projects and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
• A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
