Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from inception to completion, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client operations, identifying areas for improvement and strategic opportunities.
• Develop and present comprehensive strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps to senior client stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a related strategic advisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
