Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of client operations, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic recommendations.
• Design and implement business process improvements, organizational change initiatives, and technology adoption strategies.
• Develop and mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within project teams.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and senior management.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, operational improvement, change management, and project leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required, balancing this with remote work flexibility.
