Key Responsibilities

• Lead client project teams, overseeing the delivery of high-impact management consulting services from strategy development to implementation.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis , identifying areas for improvement and developing data-driven recommendations for clients.
• Develop and present compelling strategic plans, business cases, and operational models to senior client stakeholders.
• Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional development and promoting a collaborative team spirit.
• Contribute to the development of the firm's intellectual capital and service offerings in key strategic areas.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a related strategic advisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex transformation projects for large organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; consulting certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote setting, managing time and priorities proactively.
