You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, leading project teams to deliver insightful analysis and actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements, from initial scoping and planning through to final delivery and review.
- Conduct in-depth diagnostic analyses of business processes, organisational structures, and market positioning.
- Develop and present strategic solutions and implementation roadmaps to executive-level clients.
- Manage project resources, timelines, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of best practices within the firm.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting or a related strategic advisory capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client projects and delivering measurable business value.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
