Key Responsibilities

• Lead client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
• Develop and implement operational improvements and change management initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to executive audiences.
• Contribute to the development of new service offerings and methodologies within the consultancy.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Management Consultant with significant client-facing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree; professional certifications are a plus.
