Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of client business operations, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic recommendations.
- Develop and present comprehensive business cases, strategic plans, and implementation roadmaps to senior client stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a related strategic advisory role.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage client relationships at senior levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of business strategy, operations, and change management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
