About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Management Consultant to join their esteemed team based in Aberdeen, Scotland . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, from diagnosis and solution design to implementation and benefits realization.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis, identifying client challenges, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for strategic improvement.
• Develop and present compelling strategic recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps to senior client stakeholders.
• Manage project teams, mentor junior consultants, and foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship management, leveraging your expertise in the Aberdeen market.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a related strategic advisory role.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two core consulting competencies, such as operational improvement, digital transformation, or organizational design.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver exceptional client value in demanding environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a keen business acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence senior leaders.
