Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic business operations projects from conception to completion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management , business analysis, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading complex projects and driving operational improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a quantitative field; MBA preferred.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems .
